Who operates OFFGYM
OFFGYM is an app by Leonardo Ferretti. For privacy questions or to exercise applicable rights, contact offgym.life@gmail.com.
App data: no collection
OFFGYM does not collect personal data from the app and does not have a remote database for user data. Plans, calendar, sets, weights and progress are managed locally on your device and are not sent to an OFFGYM server. No OFFGYM account is required.
Storage and control
Workout data stays on your device. You can manage it using the features available in the app and your operating system settings. Clearing app data or uninstalling may delete local data. OFFGYM does not keep a remote copy to recover it from. Device backups, if any, depend on your settings and operating system provider.
Postcards and sharing
Sharing a postcard is your choice. If you send it to another app or publish it, the selected content is passed to your chosen service and its terms and privacy policy apply. OFFGYM does not automatically publish your postcard.
Stores and third-party services
Downloads, updates and any purchases are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play under their own privacy policies. The Google Play listing indicates ads: any advertising services active in your installed version may process technical data under their own policies and your device settings. The absence of an OFFGYM database does not describe or exclude processing performed independently by these providers.
The offgym.life website
This website does not integrate analytics, advertising pixels, data collection forms or profiling cookies. Language selection uses the page address without storing a preference on your device. The hosting provider may process technical request data, such as IP addresses and logs, to serve and secure the website under its own privacy policy.
Support requests
If you voluntarily send an email, we receive your address and message content to reply. This information is not collected automatically by the app. It is used only to handle your request and kept for as long as necessary to do so, subject to legal obligations. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.
Your rights and updates
For any information received through support, you may request access, correction or deletion and, where applicable, restriction, objection and portability by contacting the address above. You can lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority. This policy will be updated if processing practices change; the date above identifies the current version.
