Scope and contact
These terms cover offgym.life and the use of OFFGYM, developed by Leonardo Ferretti. For questions, contact offgym.life@gmail.com. The relevant store’s terms also apply to downloads, licences, purchases and refunds.
Using the app
OFFGYM lets you access workouts and technique offline, organize plans and calendar, save sets and weights, view progress and create completed workout postcards. Use the app lawfully and respect the rights of others.
Train responsibly
The content is informational and does not provide medical care or an individual assessment of your physical condition. Choose exercises and weights appropriate to your abilities. If you are unsure whether exercise is suitable for you, consult a qualified professional.
Local data
Workout data is stored on your device. Clearing data, uninstalling the app or losing your device may cause data loss. OFFGYM has no remote workout database and cannot restore information it does not hold a copy of.
Content and brand
The OFFGYM logo, brand and content remain the property of their respective owners. Using the app does not transfer rights to these materials. You may keep and share your postcards using the available features while respecting the rights of those involved.
Availability and stores
Available features depend on your installed version and device compatibility. Downloads and updates require store access and an internet connection. Prices, any purchases and conditions are those displayed by the store before purchase; this website does not process payments.
Applicable rights
Nothing in these terms excludes guarantees, liability or mandatory rights under applicable law, including consumer rights. Updates to these terms will be published on this page with the relevant date.
